The experience begins with a welcome drink, a warm welcome to start with. This is followed by being shown into the room and seated at a table, in a calm and intimate setting.
Musical starters and appetisers
As you enjoy the selection of flavours that kicks off the dinner, the venue begins to come to life. The musicians tune their instruments, exchange glances and quietly prepare for the evening that is about to begin. A behind-the-scenes moment that is also part of the experience.
The house and the spirit
The host introduces himself and outlines the programme for the evening at SINA. The artist of the day then takes to the stage, setting the scene for the musical experience and explaining their style.
Act II
The kitchen takes centre stage
Shortly after the first few songs, the second part of the dinner begins, paying tribute to the flavours of the sea through a selection of dishes inspired by Portuguese cuisine. Traditional recipes and the chef’s own interpretations come together, showcasing the ingredients and the identity of our cuisine.
The Chef
The chef personally presents the menu created for the evening, explaining the inspiration behind it, the seasonal produce and the local ingredients that bring each dish to life.
Fado is drawing nearer
From one moment to the next, the music fills the room. The performers move around the space, approaching the tables and turning each performance into an intimate and immersive experience.
Act III
Flavours of the land
Inspired by the flavours of the land, the meat dish takes centre stage in a creation that celebrates seasonal ingredients, contemporary techniques and the identity of Portuguese cuisine.
The rhythm of the night
As the flavours deepen, fado takes its rightful place once more. Between performances and moments of silence, the music naturally accompanies the meal, creating a balance between the table and the stage

Next comes the dessert platter, an assortment designed to be shared and to prolong the moment at the table. It’s also the time to choose some digestifs and enjoy the rest of the evening.
Last moments
As the evening draws to a close, the fado takes on a new energy. The final performances fill the room with emotion, bringing the show to a close in an even more vibrant atmosphere.
