The Beginning
The experience begins with a welcome drink and an aperitif, a first gesture of welcome. This is followed by entering the room and being seated at the table, in a calm and intimate atmosphere.
Musical starters and appetisers
While you enjoy the starters already on the table, the house begins to come alive. The musicians are tuning instruments, organising the evening and preparing for what's to come - a behind-the-scenes moment that's part of the experience.
The house and the spirit
O Host presents itself and introduces the evening at SINA. Next, the artist of the day makes themselves known, contextualising their musical experience and style.
Meals and music
The Chef
In SINA, the chef personally presents the evening meal, It's all about the food, explaining its composition, the origin of the products and the inspiration of the day. Everything is created with local, fresh and seasonal produce, chosen on the day itself.
Main course
The main course, You can choose between fish or meat, depending on the selection made at the time of booking. Music accompanies the meal. By now, you'll feel what in Porto is known as “being at ease” - comfortable, present and involved in the atmosphere.
Break and interaction
The artists take a break, opening up space for interaction with the audience and conversation, before the evening picks up in intensity and flavour.
End the evening
Pyjamas
This is followed by dessert pyjamas, A range designed for sharing and prolonging the moment at the table. It's also the time to choose digestives and enjoy the rest of the evening to the sound of live music.
Last moments
At this final moment, the house opens up to participation once again. Some of SINA's instruments can be explored in interaction with the musicians, including Portuguese, Spanish and Classical Guitars, a Czechoslovakian Cello and an Organ.
The evening ends leisurely, as it should

What are SINA's opening hours?
Opening hours are from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
Special dates, such as public holidays or during local events, will be subject to information close to the date.
How can I dine at SINA?
The bookings are compulsory and should be done at the previous day until 19.00.
